Richard Li 李 兆 恆

Richard came to Evenly Lab with a background in UX research and service design. He had spent two years running field interviews with community organisations across Hong Kong, and when he met the co-design team that would eventually become Evenly Lab, he recognised something he had been looking for: a group that was genuinely willing to let the people they were designing for set the agenda. Richard 加入均研之前主力做 UX 研究同服務設計。佢喺香港各區社區組織做咗兩年田野訪問，期間遇到最終成為均研嘅共創團隊，佢認出咗一樣一直喺度搵嘅嘢：一個真係願意俾佢服務嘅對象去定 agenda 嘅團隊。

His product work starts with the field notes — the recordings, the scribbles, the moments where a co-design participant stopped mid-sentence and said "actually, what I really mean is…" He is the one who sits with all of that material after a session and turns it into the product brief that Ken and Marco can actually build from. He is especially skilled at spotting when the "obvious" problem statement is not the real one. 佢嘅產品工作由田野筆記開始 —— 錄音、塗鴉、共創參與者讲到一半停低話「其實我想講係…」嘅時刻。活動結束之後，佢就係會坐低消化晒所有呢啲素材、轉化成 Ken 同 Marco 可以真正去整嘅產品簡報嘅人。佢特別擅長發現「明顯」嘅問題陳述其實唔係真正嗰個。

On A-EYE, Richard owns the end-to-end product roadmap and is the primary keeper of the co-designers' perspective in every product decision. He runs the synthesis sessions after field visits, maintains the product backlog, and makes sure that the voice of the person who will actually use A-EYE — not the voice of the feature that is easiest to build — is the one that shapes what ships next. 喺 A-EYE 方面，Richard 負責端對端產品路線圖，喺每個產品決定入面係共創夥伴觀點嘅主要守護者。佢主持田野訪問後嘅綜合會議、維護產品 backlog，確保塑造下一個發佈版本嘅聲音，係真正會用 A-EYE 嘅人嘅聲音，而非最容易整嘅功能嘅聲音。
