Richard is a student at Pui Kiu College (class of 2028), studying physics, chemistry, and business. Much of how he works — especially public affairs and community building at Evenly Lab — he has learned on the job: by talking with people, running programmes, and figuring out what actually sticks. Richard 是培僑書院學生（2028 屆），修讀物理、化學及商業。他工作上的許多方式 —— 尤其是在均研科技的公共事務與社群建設 —— 都是在崗位上學會的：透過與人傾談、籌辦活動，以及找出真正行得通的做法。

02 About 簡介

As Co-Founder and Head of Community at Evenly Lab, Richard focuses on the A-EYE community — the people who use the product, the organisations that support them, and the wider network that keeps the work grounded. Most of his week is spent in conversation: with visually impaired Hong Kongers on what would actually help in daily life, with frontline staff at NGOs and care centres, and with people who want to stay connected to the community around A-EYE. 作為均研科技的聯合創辦人及社群主管，Richard 聚焦於 A-EYE 社群 —— 使用產品的人、支援他們的機構，以及讓這項工作腳踏實地的更廣大網絡。他一週大部分時間都在與人對話：與香港視障朋友傾談日常生活中真正有幫助的事；與非政府組織及照顧機構的前線人員交流；亦與希望持續連結 A-EYE 社群的人交談。

He also contributes to the team's partnerships and ESG work — staying close to visually impaired advocacy groups, accessibility-focused charities, and partners who share a community-first approach. His style is deliberate: every introduction is treated as the start of a lasting relationship, not a one-off ask, and every partnership is judged by what it gives back to the people they serve. 他亦參與團隊的合作夥伴及 ESG 工作 —— 與視障倡議組織、聚焦無障礙的慈善團體，以及同樣以社群為先的夥伴保持密切聯繫。他的方式是經過考慮的：每一次引介都被視為一段長久關係的開始，而非一次性的請求；每一段合作，都以它回饋所服務的人多少來衡量。

His north star is simple: people who need support should be able to find it, trust it, and stay connected to it. That means the community has to be welcoming before it is large, and honest before it is impressive. He treats every early adopter, volunteer, and co-design participant as a long-term relationship — not a metric. 他的方向很簡單：有需要支援的人，應能夠找到它、信任它，並與之保持聯繫。這意味著社群必須先讓人感到受歡迎，才談得上壯大；必須先誠實，才談得上出色。他把每一位早期使用者、義工和共創參與者，都視為一段長久的關係 —— 而不是一項指標。

03 Why Evenly Lab 為何加入

Richard joined Evenly Lab after meeting Ken at a dinner with Professor Ray from CityU. Ken's work stuck with him — accessibility built alongside the people who live it — and Ken invited him to co-found the company on the technical side, drawing on his programming background. As he got deeper into the business, especially on an international footing, he found the fields where he truly shines: public affairs, community building, and the relationships that keep A-EYE grounded in the people it serves. Richard 是在一次與香港城市大學 Ray 教授的晚餐上認識 Ken 之後加入均研科技的。Ken 的工作令他難以忘懷 —— 與親身經歷的人一同構建無障礙 —— Ken 更邀請他從技術方面共同創辦公司，運用其編程背景。當他更深入這門事業，尤其是站上國際層面之後，他找到了真正能發揮所長的領域：公共事務、社群建設，以及那些讓 A-EYE 扎根於所服務之人的關係。
