Marco Pun 潘 銘 軒

Marco came to Evenly Lab from a background in mobile and embedded systems engineering. He is the engineer who turns a Tuesday-morning co-design note — "I just want to know what's next to the milk" — into a working voice flow that runs on a five-year-old phone. Marco 喺加入均研之前主力做手機同嵌入式系統工程。佢就係將「我淨係想知牛奶隔離有咩」呢句星期二朝早嘅共創筆記，變成一個喺五年舊手機都跑得到嘅語音流程嘅工程師。

He cares about the unglamorous parts: latency budgets, on-device model size, the battery cost of running speech recognition for twenty minutes in a supermarket. The promise of A-EYE only matters if it works on the phone a low-income shopper already owns, and Marco is the one who keeps the rest of the team honest to that constraint. 佢最在意嘅係嗰啲唔起眼嘅環節：延遲預算、手機模型大細、喺超市行二十分鐘嘅語音辨識電量消耗。A-EYE 嘅承諾要成立，先係要喺基層消費者已經有嘅手機上跑得起嚟，Marco 就係守住呢條線嘅人。

Marco runs the engineering sprints, owns the build pipeline, and pairs with every new contributor who joins the lab. He is also the team's most relentless tester — A-EYE has to survive a full shop while held at waist height inside a tote bag before he will call it shippable.
