Mochizuki Ken 望月 健

Ken started Evenly Lab after a year of volunteering with low-vision elders in Sham Shui Po. The question he kept hearing — "I can get to the shop, but what then?" — never quite left him, and A-EYE is the answer he has been building toward ever since. Ken 喺深水埗做咗一年低視能長者義工之後成立均研科技。佢成日聽到一個問題 ——「我可以行到去間鋪，但入到去之後呢？」—— 一直放唔低，A-EYE 就係佢一直喺度整嘅答案。

He believes the right question for assistive technology is rarely "what's possible" — it's "what's worth doing for a person standing in aisle seven." That framing shapes every architectural decision in A-EYE: voice-first, no menus to memorise, no screen to read, no onboarding that requires a helper. 佢相信輔助科技真正要問嘅，唔係「有咩技術做得到」，而係「企喺第七排貨架嗰位，邊樣嘢值得幫佢做」。呢個取態決定咗 A-EYE 嘅每個架構決定：語音行先、唔使記選單、唔使睇芒、唔使靠人幫手 setup。

Ken still sits in on every field visit the team runs. He writes most of the voice-interface logic himself, and he keeps a small notebook of the exact phrases co-designers use — because the difference between an assistant that feels "for" you and one that feels "with" you is usually one word. Ken 仍然會參與團隊每一次嘅街訪，語音介面嘅邏輯大部份都係佢自己寫，仲keep住一本細簿，記低共創夥伴用過嘅原句 —— 因為「為你做」同「同你一齊做」嘅分別，往往只差一個字。
